Chernova Currently, the rubber industry is actively upgrading equipment in order to increase production efficiency, labor productivity and improve product quality. The production of rubber compounds using a rubber mixer is a rather laborious and energyintensive way. Therefore, the automation of the rubber preparation process. Thanks to these technologies, it is possible to improve the quality of finished products, reduce energy and material costs. This article analyzes the controlled and adjustable parameters of a rubber mixer to automate the process of preparing rubber compounds.
