Titova The article presents justification of the need to create a information security it allows to provide the required level of information security of critical infrastructure objects based on probabilistic and probabilistic and time parameters using the apparatus of probability theory and mathematical statistics methods. The problem of information protection and practical use of the system of developed measures and special engineering and technical means is considered. The main approaches to building information security systems using probabilistic parameters are defined.
