Automatic Product Identification and Traceability System in the Rubber Industry |

The size and scale actual assembly plants are increasing, and the inefficiency of manual data collection operations and timely response to changing parameters is also increasing, which is becoming a real problem. One of solution is the implementation of wireless monitoring technologies that provide a real view of the ubiquitous information and measurement systems applicable to large-scale assembly plants. Products full quality control in production is possible only with the use of the automatic identification and traceability system. This work is aimed at studying the main control technologies for the identifi cation and traceability systems design. The scheme for assembling a rubber hose and an algorithm for interaction between personnel and equipment has been developed. The results of this research can help engineers in sphere of automation make a rational decision on implementing an automatic identification and traceability system in production.
