Researching Possibilities of Performing Parallel Quantum Calculations by Composing Multiple Operations |

The following research highlights the possibility of performing parallel quantum calculations by composing a sequence of quantum logic gates into one combined operation. If such composed operations would be supported by quantum computing or simulation architectures, then this optimization method could decrease the number of operations performed in the runtime of quantum circuits, reducing noise and increasing performance of complex and specialized quantum circuits. The increase in noise levels with the number of performed logic operations was analyzed by running Grover’s algorithm on two different IBM-Q quantum computers and comparing received results to their predictions.
