Industrial Automatic Control Systems and Controllers Annotation << Back Selection of a Line for Installing a Regulatory Body in the Process of Rectification of Aniline Based on Statistical Analysis N.D. Medvedeva This article discusses the technological features of the aniline production process, substantiates the relevance of aniline production, both for the world and for the Russian market. A statistical analysis of the correlation between the temperature of aniline vapor at the top of the rectification column and the refl ux rate, as well as between the temperature of the aniline vapor and the initial mixture rate is presented. As a result of the analysis, the installation of a control valve on the feed line of the initial mixture to the distillation column was justified in order to more efficiently maintain the temperature at the top of the column and, as a result, more purely aniline separation from the initial mixture.
