Trubienko, R.Sh. Ionov, M.M. Titova The article presents an algorithm for solving the problem of synthesis of highly reliable special and dual-use systems. The functional scheme of the information exchange system, which is a key element of the highly reliable special and dual-use systems (HRSDUS), and its statistical model are presented. The main approaches to solving the synthesis problem are described and methods of their solution based on the theory of probability and methods of mathematical statistics are presented. The description of the transfer functions of the system links is given, as a result of which the optimal structure of the HRSDUS is determined under the specified parameters of external influences and operating conditions and imposed restrictions.
