Morozov The approaches to constructing mathematical models of logical circuits are analyzed. A method for constructing a structural automaton model of a logical circuit in an arbitrary logical basis is proposed. The issues of constructing a structural automaton model of a diagnosis object, basic elements of a diagnosis object, combined truth tables of basic elements with tables of outputs and transitions are considered.
