Analysis of Algorithms for Predicting and Planning Decompression Dives |
N.S. Skovpin, M.V. Parinov
The paper analyzes the theoretical aspects of existing algorithms for predicting and planning decompression dives. The relevance of research on decompression diving is described, the main task of which is to minimize the likelihood of decompression sickness. The main chronological stages in the development of relevant studies are considered. Comparative analysis of decompression diving methods is performed and described. The main disadvantages and advantages of the known models for planning decompression dives are highlighted. The paper discusses various theories on the implementation of underwater diving, from the writings of Haldane to the modern theory of microbubbles. A hierarchical model for choosing a suitable decompression dive model using the hierarchy analysis method is proposed. The paper identifies the main disadvantages of widely known decompression models. The main ways of creating a new model of decompression undefined dives based on the Gradient Factor method, taking into account the microbubble theory and relying on the analytical power of machine learning and analysis of accumulated data. This work is aimed at developing the theoretical foundations of diving and diving operations planning.
Keywords: gradient factor; decompression; Bulman; Haldane; hierarchy analysis method; comparative analysis.
