Safronova A mathematical model of the speech signal encoding system is considered, which reveals one of the approaches to speech processing. This direction of development of speech signal codecs can be used in automated control systems with a voice interface. In the proposed mathematical model, a special feature is to take into account the relationship between the parameters of the transfer function of the voice tract and the excitation signal, which makes it possible to develop algorithms for encoding/decoding at a low speed with sufficient quality of synthesized speech.
