Sobol The information structure and documentation needed to create and program implement the automated special purpose documentary exchange system is being considered. The paradigm of portability of unified algorithmic solutions on permanently improving telecommunications complexes is postulated. Specific fragments of the infosphere are given, demonstrating the contents of a number of protocols and agreements used in the development process. In theoretic-multiple notations are the inflicual structures formalizing the conceptual representation of the individual components of the subscriber channel. Examples of the data defi ning the data description of the program elements in Ci language are given.
