Titova The article presents an algorithm for solving problems on finding assessments of the quality of functioning of information exchange systems of highly reliable special and dual-use systems based on the methods of probability theory and mathematical statistics. The effectiveness of the received assessments is determined. A comparative description of the methods for finding assessments is presented. An example is given showing the connection of mathematical statistics methods with the problems of evaluating the quality of circulating signals in information exchange systems of highly reliable special-purpose and dualuse systems.
