Kryukov The research of scientific approaches to defining the production risk of a defense enterprise and the most common classifi cations of production risks has been carried out. Their specificity and applicability for defense enterprises is shown. A generalized classifi cation of production risks of a defense enterprise has been proposed and the need for the formation of methodological and practical tools for assessing production risks based on their classification has been substantiated.
