Vereshchagina The purpose of this article is to study the necessary mathematical tools for the implementation of the voting algorithm and their implementation in the blockchain network. The object of research is the blockchain distributed data storage platform, as well as smart contracts - a software product for the interaction of a network user with the blockchain. The subject of this work is the possibility of creating, transmitting and storing encrypted electronic ballots in the blockchain system, as well as counting votes without declassifying confidential information.
