Perova, V.N. Kalinin, S.A. Lesko, A.V. Chechurin The article discusses software development for data collection and research of user preferences in social networks and network mass media. In order to solve scientific and research tasks of analyzing processes and studying the dynamics of public sentiment in social networks and network mass media and their structural characteristics, it is necessary to develop its own software. The article describes the possible architecture of such software, its modules and the stack of technologies necessary for its development.
