Industrial Automatic Control Systems and Controllers Annotation << Back CALS Project for an Automated Control System for Road Impregnation Production G.G. Priorov, A.M. Bessarabov On the basis of CALS information technology, a process flowchart for an automated control system for the production of protective road impregnations has been developed. The subcategory of information CALS project automation includes general data on all sensors, regulators and local subsystems of automated control of individual production units. The system uses high-tech TRM-148 devices for measurement and automatic control of key parameters. For dosing the components the modern ETATRON DLXB-MA/MB pumps with microprocessor control and manual capacity adjustment were selected. Unscheduled activation of the dosing pumps for petroleum resin, bitumen and binder component is prevented by means of PMA-94 temperature controllers.
