Synthesis of a Mathematical Model of a Water-Heating Gas Boiler |

The synthesis of a mathematical model of a hot water boiler based on the relationship between input and output values is given. The transfer functions of a hot water boiler along the main channels are determined and the principle of finding their parameters is described. Structural diagrams are given for the channels for generating a signal for the supply temperature, the oxygen content in the exhaust gases, and carbon monoxide. The relationship between the temperature in the supply flow and the temperature in the return flow, the dependence of the temperature at the outlet of the boiler on the consumption of gas fuel, the consumption of air for combustion are described. The dependence of the flue gas temperature on the air flow is obtained. The formation of a signal of the concentration of the components of the combustion products: oxygen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide is described to determine the actual efficiency, as well as adjust the ratio of gas and air.
