Industrial Automatic Control Systems and Controllers Annotation << Back SCADA-system PcVue and Standard 21 CFR Part 11: Regulating the use of electronic signatures and records Zolotarev S.V. The requirements of 21 CFR Part 11 standard from US Code of Federal Regulations regulating the usage of electronic records and signatures in various systems including SCADA are discussed. The paper shows how these requirements are met in PcVue SCADA from ARC Informatique (France, www.arcinfo.com) which was one of the world first systems that had aimed at 21 CFR Part 11 and thus improved its competitiveness.
