Industrial Automatic Control Systems and Controllers Annotation << Back Optimization of technological regimes and management options for reversing the process of rolling and continuous rolling mills BN Polyakov The methodology and mathematical statements with various criterion functions of problems of optimization of technological regimes and parameters rolling on the reversible and continuous rolling mills, based on correct application of principles of the system analysis and strict mathematical methods of the theory of optimum control are presented. The methodology realized in the created package of computer programs, more than 30 - the years is successfully and effectively applied in conditions of Open Joint- stock Company “ Uralmash “ in a calculated practice at designing technological processes and the equipment of many mills hot rolling of the domestic and foreign metallurgical companies, and also at operation of some blooming mill. Examples of optimization of technological regimes rolling on a blooming are shown (at various criteria of an optimality) and on continuous billet mill are given.
