Ensuring the quality of service, the suffi ciency of cloud provisioning is a pressing issue. Especially VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) services for providing cloud server services to an accessible, inexpensive device with a software client. It is important to be able to assess the overall response time, connection to the cloud service, which is determined by both the number of applications accessing the service in parallel and the average request service time.
