Information security of critical information infrastructure facilities requires a high level of coordination and cooperation between government agencies, private sector organizations and other stakeholders. This includes the exchange of threat intelligence, best practices and expertise, as well as the development of joint response plans and exercises to simulate and respond to potential threats. The purpose of the study: to assess cyber threats to critical information infrastructure facilities of the Russian Federation, as well as to formulate the main directions and vectors of counteraction to them. The results of the study include the systematization of information on the largest cyber attacks on critical information infrastructure facilities of the Russian Federation, a generalized diagram of the country's critical infrastructures, an analysis of algorithms for implementing cyber attacks on critical information infrastructure facilities, and proposals for measures to improve the effectiveness of counteraction to them.
