The article considers a variant of the Magma algorithm implementation using the high-level Python programming language. A comparison is made between the software implementation in Python and a special hardware accelerator of the Magma encryption algorithm based on a programmable logic integrated circuit (FPGA) using the Verilog hardware description language.
