Monitoring Intensity Combustion Coke
for Control Process Regeneration Catalyst in Stationary Layer |

The aim of this work is to reduce the regeneration time by adaptive control of the current value of the coke combustion intensity gorenje.
To achieve this goal, a device for adaptive control of the catalyst regeneration process in a stationary layer is proposed. An equation is
proposed for the indirect measurement of the current value of gorenje intensity from direct measurements of flowmeters and thermocouples.
An algorithmic module is proposed for linearization of the equation for indirect measurement of the current values of the coke combustion
intensity, which should be used in the implementation of a method for controlling the catalyst regeneration process in stationary layer
gorenje. An algorithmic module is proposed for the interaction of an industrial logic controller and a secondary monitoring system device.
Models are proposed for estimating the loss of measured information when determining the current value of the coke combustion intensity
and an algorithm for determining the minimum regeneration time in real conditions of collecting measuring information. The efficiency and
effectiveness of the proposed models and algorithms were tested by the method of simulation modeling in conditions closest to real ones.
