This paper formulates an approach to analyzing measures to protect commercial secrets in the infocommunication systems of organizations in order to determine the most and least significant of them based on the mathematical processing of expert opinions. The paper describes methods for assessing the priority of measures to protect commercial secrets at enterprises based on the use of hierarchy analysis and morphological analysis methods. When applying assessment criteria adequate to the situation under consideration, the described approach can be used in developing secure infocommunication systems for processing information constituting a commercial secret in an organization, as well as in ensuring the security of commercial secrets in existing infocommunication systems.
