The article presents an analysis of MOSFET transistors used in unipolar pulse generators for excitation of ferroprobe converters. The main attention is paid to the influence of parasitic capacitances and internal channel resistance of the transistor on the shape of the generator output signal. According to the research results, it was found that the IRF1010N transistor provides minimal pulse distortion due to balanced parameters. Recommendations are given for the selection of transistors and circuit solutions for suppressing parasitic effects. The research results can be applied in the development of magnetic testing systems, such as fl aw detectors and magnetometers.
