A secondary Device for Monitoring Fluidized bed Conditions |

A secondary device is proposed, according to which it is possible to predict the current position of the working point based on the dependence of the concentration of the solid phase carried beyond the boiling layer on the flow of clarifi ed water. An algorithm for the functioning
of a secondary device for determining the concentration of the solid phase carried beyond the fluidized bed is proposed. An algorithm for
robust stabilization of fluidized bed conditions is proposed. An algorithm is proposed for determining the position of the clarifi er's operating point by calculating the partial derivative of the dependence of the concentration of the solid phase carried beyond the boiling layer on
the fl ow rate of clarifi ed water. A calculation ratio is proposed for estimating the error in determining the position of the working point of
the clarifi er. A calculation ratio is proposed for estimating the error of hitting a given value of the concentration of the solid phase carried
beyond the fluidized bed. A calculation ratio is proposed to evaluate the effectiveness of robust stabilization of water fl ow under fluidized
bed conditions. The efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed models and algorithms were tested using simulation modeling, which is the
closest to real conditions.to assess the quality of robust stabilization of fluidized bed conditions.
