The results of the experimental implementation of the system at a number of major events are presented, demonstrating a signifi cant reduction in response time to requests and an improvement in the quality of service. The advantages and limitations of the proposed approach are analyzed, as well as the prospects for its development, taking into account current trends in the fi eld of IoT, artifi cial intelligence and wireless communication technologies. Special attention is paid to ensuring the reliability and security of communications in conditions of highly loaded Wi-Fi networks at mass events. Comparative characteristics of various data transmission protocols and routing algorithms used in the system are presented. The possibilities of integrating the system with other event monitoring and management technologies, such as video surveillance and access control systems, are also being discussed. The results of the research can be useful to organizers of mass events, information technology specialists and anyone interested in the development of modern communication management systems in complex environments.
