Industrial Automatic Control Systems and Controllers Annotation << Back Integrated Vehicle Identification System on Highways Vishnevsky V.M., Akhobadze G.N. An automatic vehicle identification system is proposed, which provides simultaneous use of the possibility of video recording of controlled moving objects and their radio frequency monitoring. The main natural climatic factors that hinder the operational identification of vehicles on highways are presented. The analysis of radio frequency identification of moving objects is given, which consists in sensing and reflecting electromagnetic vibrations with different frequencies. The possibilities of a schematic implementation of an integrated identification system that improves the quality of vehicle identification with reliable detection of traffic violations are shown.
