Industrial Automatic Control Systems and Controllers Annotation << Back Development of a Software Service for Researching the Publication Activity Data of the Organization's Divisions Bakanova N.B. The article describes the development of a software service for analyzing the publication performance data of the scientific organization's employees. When developing the software service, approaches, solutions and methods used in creating tools to support management decisions were used. During the development, issues of combining the information systems of a scientific organization into a single information space for the efficient use of information resources were considered, the possibility of implementing support for management decisions based on the processing and analysis of data in a single information space was investigated. The article shows the main stages and features of the development of a specialized software service, performed on the basis of modern methods of analyzing information arrays, taking into account the specifics of the information base. It is noted that, for the analysis, qualitative criteria with verbal gradation scales of assessments were selected, providing for the possibility of extracting values from the publication database. Combining the assessments obtained according to the developed criteria and forming a single indicator of publication activity for a group of researchers was carried out on the basis of the methodology of group ordering of multi-attribute objects. The article presents a block diagram of the publication performance analysis module, which is part of the software service, as well as the results of a control calculation carried out using specially prepared data.
