Hybrid Cloud Solutions for Processing
High-Load Financial Systems |

The article explores approaches to designing and operating hybrid cloud architectures for processing high-load
transactions in fi nancial systems. To evaluate the efficiency of the hybrid model and the conditions for its secure operation,
a simulation study was conducted using the adapted NetworkCloudSim-DDoS environment, enabling the analysis of
performance, resilience, and cybersecurity under variable workloads and simulated targeted attacks. The fi ndings show that
combining public and private segments provides a balance between scalability, fault tolerance, and control over sensitive
data. The effectiveness of implemented security mechanisms, including microsegmentation, TLS 1.3, SIEM, and WAF, has
been confi rmed. Recommendations for secure integration of hybrid solutions are formulated, including the adoption of the
Zero Trust concept, automation of incident response, and application of DevSecOps practices. The results demonstrate the
applicability of the hybrid model for building high-performance and cyber-resilient fi nancial infrastructures.
