Television Measurements the Inner Diameter Rubber Rings |

A stand for monitoring the inner diameter of rubber rings, operating under operator control, is proposed. An algorithm for indirect
measurement of the inner diameter of rubber rings by the inscribed polygon method is proposed. The algorithm is based on fi xing, with an
automatic pen, the required number of reference points, from the coordinates of which the length of the polyline is restored and the inner
diameter of the rubber ring is calculated. The error of the television measurement using the inscribed polygon method depends on the number of reference points, the pixel size, and the size of the photodetector array. Simulation modeling has shown that the use of an industrial
logic controller makes it possible to measure with an error of up to 3•10-3 mm. An algorithm of the statistical test method for determining
the inner diameter of a rubber ring is proposed. The algorithm is designed for a robotic complex for disassembling rubber products of complex shape. Simulation modeling has shown that the accuracy and productivity of the measurement process of products of complex shape,
by statistical testing, depends on the number of generated random pixel coordinates, pixel size and the size of the photodetector array. The
measurement error can be reduced by statistical testing by complicating the distribution law of the generated random sequences.
