Sokolov We consider the composition and technological opportunities of automatic machine designed for arc welding by tungsten electrode in inert gases of products of structural steel, heat resistant steel, stainless steel , titanium and aluminum alloys. Control system of automatic machine implemented on the basis of a programmable controller has the ability to implement algorithms based on the model of the welding process with high periodicity of results. The software allows to adjustment a mode of the welding, to adequately respond on perturbation actions, minimizing the cost on a reset at changing the thickness, a material and a protective gas.
