This paper presents a way to acquire the initial models of a domain when building a knowledge based system. This model foundation on lattice of Birkgof’s theory. This is logic-algebra way. We propose to support the initial modeling by a technique called Formal Concept Analysis for data analysis. The method is applied to formation of logic rules to an establishment of harmful substances in systems of ecological monitoring on the basis of infra-red spectra of absorption of connections of gases.
