The second article in the series «Statistical identification» is a continuation of the previous article*, which dealt with the theoretical aspects of the formalization of models states of nonlinear transient dynamic stochastic systems and measurement models of their output parameters.
The article describes the basic properties of the model states and measurement models of their output parameters. For models able to justify the applicability gaussovoskoy and Markov approximation, invariance to changes in operating conditions of dynamical systems, as well as the duality of their formal presentation. The reasons for correlated random noise in the measurements.
