The subject of this article is a systems approach to automatic control system of training and launching space rockets work fl ow in
conditions of the contingency or emergency and necessity of application robotic systems and complexes for the safe elimination of the
consequences of these situations. The greatest progress in the fi eld of robotics is being observed in the creation and application of military
robots and robots, designed to operate in extreme conditions for the people. This is primarily related to the successful development of the
program to create a «robot army». It was carried out by the research center of the Ministry of Defense – (Defense Advanced Research
Projects Agency (DARPA)). It was aimed to replace human in combat and support actions of the armed forces by various robotic facilities
and systems. Native robotics generally has the same direction of development. But on the one hand it is far behind foreign robotics.
On the other hand, native robotics practically does not affect the important area – the creation and application of robotic tools, systems
and complexes in space rockets preparation and launching. This preparation and launching is carrying out in peacetime in high-risk,
and it is carrying out in wartime in extremely conditions of the situation. Application of the proposed robotic terms will allow defi nitely
understanding and operating by defi nitions during researches in improvement the effi ciency of automated preparation and launching system
of space rockets functioning.
