Transfer Functions of the Multilayered Electromagnittoelastic Actuators for Nano- and Microdisplacement |

Structural-parametric model of multilayered electromagnittoelastic actuators are obtained, its transfer functions are bult. Effects of geometric and physical parameters of multilayered electromagnittoelastic actuators and external load on its dynamic characteristics are determined. For calculation of automatic control systems for nanometric movements with multilayered piezoactuators the transfer functions of multilayered piezoactuators are obtained. Transfer functions of a multilayered piezoconverters for coded control are obtained. The static and dynamic characteristics of multilayered piezoactuators for nano-and microdisplacement the longitudinal and transverse piezoelectric effect are determined. The use of multilayered piezoactuators for nano-and microdisplacement is a promising for nanotechnology, nanobiology, photonics, energy, and astronomy, microelectronics for precise alignment, compensation of temperature and gravitational deformation. Increase range of motion to tens of micrometers is achieved by using a multilayered piezoactuator, which is one of the most promising nano- and microdisplacement electromagnetoelasticity actuators that provide nanometer precision in the range of tens of micrometers.
