Cyclic Feedback Control |

Under the cyclic control is understood a repetitive sequence of technological operations performed by mechanisms in a given sequence to achieve a given goal. There are cyclic processes for implementation, which are required to form a route from a group of valves. The technological process begins after the valves take their positions: open, closed, which takes time. In most cases, the time required to open and close the valves is not taken into account, which reduces the quality of the process. This article suggests the structure of the algorithm and the essence of the simplest program of the process control system, in which the cycle timer is suspended while the valve is moving from one state to another, which improves the accuracy of keeping the time intervals of the technological process. The cycle timer starts working as soon as the product goes on the set route. This article is a continuation of a series of already published articles on valve control, implementation of cyclograms and programming principles [1, 5]. Taking into account the principles of programming in FBD is especially important when you have to manage a group of valves.
