Modeling Water Transport Flows Taking into Account the Port Infrastructure

Navigation is improving, infrastructure is evolving. It became possible to update Big Data data, Data Mining analytics (hidden connections of data flows), use situational models and algorithms for identifying transport and port objects. Taking into account the variety of factors accompanying the solution of urgent problems of navigation and various instruments (satellite, GPS signals, etc.), timely, relevant analysis of decision-making possibilities (in port or traffic) from mathematical models, the paradigm of “digital navigation” is important. Transport and navigation services analyze signals with the help of intelligent and infological systems, taking into account real situations, peculiarities of traffic flows. Signals are processed in real and discrete mode. Port infrastructure is a system that is complexly structured and evolving, which requires a systematic approach to its study. Here one cannot do without relevant analytical tools and their effective application. The work of the authors of the article is devoted to this topical problem, in which a system analysis is carried out and modeling of flows and port structures is implemented, their formalization is carried out using a splittable system of ordinary differential equations, solving which it is possible to predict and situationally simulate flows on water transport. The considered model is used for training (from the point of view of intelligent machine learning systems) can be used in hybrid systems. The model itself is evolutionary, the hypothesis used allows us to adapt it to more complex problems.
