Design of a Robotic Complex for Plastering Works |

The development of specialized manipulators and robots for construction and finishing works, which differ in the ratio of price and components used, is an urgent practical problem. In this paper, a project of a robotic complex for performing plastering work is proposed. This article proposes the project for a robotic complex for plastering work. The design features of the development object are given, a number of technical solutions are substantiated, including the electromechanical features of the plastering robot. Particular attention is paid to the synthesis of the control system – the algorithm for controlling the plastering robot, the explanation and configuration of controllers in terms of the specifics of the problem being solved. Computational modeling of the control system and the comparative analysis of the use of PID- and PD-controllers have been carried out. The design methodology considered in the work can be used in the development and implementation of robots for plastering work under the given technical conditions of operation and resource constraints of the construction work customer.
