Investigation of Fatigue of Elements of Robotic Systems in the Solidworks Simulation Environment |

The article considers a model for calculating a robotic arm and conducts a fatigue study of the elements of industrial robotic arms. Fatigue studies were carried out in the SolidWorks Simulation CAE module, which makes it possible to predict the decrease in the resource of structural elements under changing loads. Based on the analysis of elements of industrial robots Kawasaki RS015X and Kawasaki BX200X, the main areas subject to fatigue failure are identified, which makes it possible to more accurately predict the response of models to the impact of the external environment. The results obtained during the study can be used to optimize the design of elements of industrial robots and robotic systems.
