Ensuring the Security of a Smart Home
from Strangers Using Neuro-Fuzzy Technologies |

The article presents two approaches designed to ensure the safety of a smart home from unauthorized intrusion by outsiders. The fi rst
approach involves developing a fuzzy model to determine the level of danger of penetration and the need to warn about illegal access. The
second approach involves the additional use of neural network technologies. The work presents quality assessments for both approaches,
while the results of a comparative analysis show the feasibility of using a neuro-fuzzy model to assess the level of illegal access to a smart
home. The paper also presents the results of computer modeling of a neuro-fuzzy model, which made it possible to determine its optimal
parameters, in particular, a list of the best membership functions (MF) for the formation of input linguistic variables is described, and for
the formation of terms of the output variable it is proposed to use a hybrid learning method and the method of linear coeffi cients.
