The work shows an example of a systematic approach to the development of software for an automated system of support and make personnel decisions based on the processing of large arrays of multicriterial data. A description of the algorithmic support of the phased organization of the procedure for selecting and arranging personnel (for example, a departmental higher educational institution) based on a logical and e-scale approach to mathematical modeling of professional activities of specialists and its multicriteric assessment for use in an automated information system for supporting personnel decisions. The structure of interconnected algorithms aimed at implementing the automation of the automation of information support of the procedure for preparing personnel decisions on the selection and arrangement of personnel in the organization based on the processing of large arrays of information.
